Congress has so far failed to pass climate and energy legislation. We must now defend our bedrock health and environmental laws. WE CAN DO IT.
Forty years ago Congress passed the Clean Air Act, giving the Environmental Protection Agency the responsibility to assess new dangers from pollution and protect the public health. MONTANA LEGISLATURE: We continue to be the main voice at the Montana Legislature working to ensure that wildlife programs and laws adequately protect all wildlife, especially nongame wildlife and their habitats. We worked collaboratively to encourage a better climate and energy future in the 2011 session. It was tough. Believe it or not, the next election is just around the corner. Do your part to elect conservation-minded legislators so we can protect birds, wildlife and their habitat across the state. More >>
